Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a Retail Print Manager to lead print services in a high-volume store in Walker, MI. You will drive print sales, ensure quality production, manage equipment and supplies, and foster a customer-centric culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values.

You will also open/close the store as a Key Carrier and lead the on-duty team. The role requires 1–3 years in related areas, a minimum of 2 years in management, and experience in Print Center operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to associates on print processes and selling techniques.
