Job summary

SPS is seeking a Copy and Print Associate to process high-volume copying, printing, finishing, and reprographics on site. The role includes troubleshooting equipment, maintaining supplies, and delivering exceptional service to SPS employees and clients.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage requests and maintain professional standards. Responsibilities include operating printers and finishing equipment, handling shipping preparations, and providing front-office

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good organizational skills.
Working knowledge of multi-function devices (MFD).
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

Provides 5-star customer service to all employees.
Operates copy machines and printing software.
Performs maintenance such as changing ink, loading paper, replacing toner, and clearing jams.
Operates binding equipment and finishing requests.
Processes printing requests and prepares orders for shipping.
Uses reproduction equipment and review packing materials for accuracy.
Maintains supplies on the floor and replenishes as needed.
Builds professional relationships with customers and teams.
Trains backups and provides guidance on policies and procedures.
