Job summary

Moore in Tulsa, OK is seeking a production coordinator to plan and coordinate all print production processes. You will enter orders, issue instructions, and ensure workflows move smoothly through each department using Monarch.

The role requires strong printing knowledge (digital and offset), project management, and attention to detail. You will communicate job status to sales and manufacturing, and resolve production issues to meet customer specs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Offset commercial printing: 3 years preferred.
• Digital commercial printing: 2 years preferred.
• Commercial print production: 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter production orders and issue/revise manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain knowledge of printing methods and bindery processes.
• Plan jobs through each department efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate production workflow from one department to the next using Monarch.
• Coordinate delivery of customer-supplied materials.
• Provide job status updates to customer, sales and manufacturing.
• Facilitate resolution of production-related issues.
• Check progress to ensure specs, procedures and deadlines are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as required.
