Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a press operator to support manufacturing, packaging, and shipping a quality product. You will set up and run sheet fed and digital presses, ensure ink balance and color accuracy, and adhere to SOPs in a team environment.

Responsibilities include press setup, product quality, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to meet daily goals. Validated for on-site work at our Lenexa facility with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS/GED with 1 year printing experience with similar equipment.
• Familiar with product, equipment, printing process, and ink usage.
• Mechanical ability to operate and maintain press. Basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up press including loading stock, adjusting ink/water balance, and registration.
• Run press to meet job requirements with quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
