Job summary

Deluxe Corporation in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a press operator to support manufacturing, packaging and shipping of a quality product for our customers. You will run sheet fed and digital presses, bindery equipment, and other processing tools, following standard operating procedures.

The role requires basic math, reading and computer skills, and HS/GED with 1 year printing experience. This is a 2nd shift position with a compensation range of $18.50 to $19.50 per hour, plus an annual performance

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 1 year printing experience with similar equipment.
• Familiar with product, equipment, printing process, and ink usage.
• Mechanical ability to operate and maintain press; basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet-fed and digital presses to produce orders.
• Set up press, load stock, align registration, manage ink balance.
• Meet job requirements for color and ink density.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust equipment.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and cleaning.
• Work in a team to meet daily production goals.
