Qualifications

• Experience operating printing machinery preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Basic math skills required.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills required.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Review job tickets, load products, and configure the digital frontend interface to match exact job specifications.
• Run high-speed production jobs while inspecting output for color consistency, registration accuracy, and overall print quality against approved proofs.
• Perform routine daily and weekly cleaning and preventative maintenance on the press; troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues and clear jams.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
