Job summary

Toppan Packaging Americas in Morristown, TN is seeking a Printing Technician I to safely set up, operate, and troubleshoot printing press equipment. This hands-on role supports high-quality flexible packaging and requires working in a fast-paced production environment with rotating shifts to meet customer specifications.

You will review job jackets, calibrate color and registration, and perform routine press adjustments while maintaining logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in printing, press, converting, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand job jackets, specs, and production docs.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing press equipment per job specs and production requirements.
• Run 5- and 6-color printing jobs with lamination.
• Maintain proper registration and color throughout runs.
• Review production information before and during runs.
• Troubleshoot basic printing and press-operation issues.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
