Job summary

AlphaGraphics Memphis seeks a Production Finishing Specialist to operate finishing equipment and complete projects for delivery. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely completion, and contributions to a small, collaborative team.

You will read orders, run finishing machines, keep production records, and help stage completed jobs for shipping. This position requires dependable teamwork, basic math, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating finishing equipment in print/signage
• Positive, professional attitude and cooperative team player
• Strong communication and work ethic; good problem solving and multitasking abilities
• Able to lift 50 lbs safely and use basic math; follow instructions precisely

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine finishing specifications and deadlines
• Operate finishing machines ( cutters, folders, collators/stitchers ) as available
• Maintain daily production records and quality control procedures
• Assist with staging/packing finished jobs for delivery or shipping
• Support a small, fast-paced team to ensure high-quality customer output
