Qualifications

• S. Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of and skills in the use of office machines (computer and printers) and business procedures. Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude and experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and maintains a safe work environment for the team.
• Complete safety orientation and forklift certification training.
• Assist in the set-up and operation of the press.
• Learn to accurately test key print properties.
• Understanding of Quality Windows and accurate data entry.
• Responsible for ensuring all finished product is within customer specifications.
• Demonstrate trouble-shooting skills.
• Assist maintenance when necessary or required.
• Read and interpret Job Discrete Routing Sheets and identify raw materials by part numbers.
• Understand the operations and functions of press control panels.
• Understand usage of MSDS sheets.
• Understand SOC sheets and how to properly fill out.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the press and adjacent areas.
• Ensure proper solvent and ink handling procedures are followed.
• Ensure proper hazardous waste handling procedures are followed.
• Effectively communicate and interact professionally with all people in the work environment
