Qualifications

• A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and two years of satisfactory, full-time experience in the operation of office machines.
• An associate degree or 60 credits from an accredited college may be substituted for one year of experience; or
• Education and/or experience equivalent to item 1, but with at least one year of the stated experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise staff who operate various print production equipment such as digital cutsheet and roll feed toner and inkjet printing devices, color and mono.
• Set up color and mono print jobs with print controller and ensure alignment and print quality.
• Choose paper options with appropriate parameters and supervise others.
• Plan and assign work to subordinate staff to meet workload and deadlines.
• Perform spot quality checks on finished materials to reduce waste.
• Update job status as completed/shipped in EPS PACE MIS system.
• Ensure print/finishing equipment are maintained and in good condition.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on operation of machines/equipment.
• Assist machine operators when necessary.
