You will operate high‑volume copiers and finishing equipment, handle mail and document management, and provide responsive customer service. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and requires a high school diploma with 1–2 years in print-related operations.

Qualifications

• Operate print, copy, scan, and document imaging equipment in a high-volume production environment.
• Complete print finishing, mail processing, shipping, receiving, and internal delivery tasks.
• Maintain production quality, equipment readiness, logs, inventory, billing records, and customer updates.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and document imaging equipment to complete daily production requests.
• Perform finishing services including binding, cutting, drilling, laminating, stapling, and shrink‑wrapping.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipping, receiving, fax transmissions, and internal deliveries.
• Maintain copier functionality by clearing paper jams, performing quality checks, tracking issues, and coordinating service calls as needed.
• Manage electronic files, logs, reports, inventory records, billing information, and document management system updates.
• Provide professional customer service, respond to project requests, share status updates, and assist with meeting room or conference room setups.
