Job summary

PostNet West Ashley in Charleston, SC is seeking a Print Production Specialist / Customer Service Rep to join our energetic team. This in-store, non-remote role combines print production duties with friendly customer service, requiring you to move between the counter, the production floor and the computer.

You’ll preflight and fix customer files in Adobe, run digital and wide-format equipment, build quotes in Excel, greet walk-ins, and keep jobs organized to meet pickup times.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite, especially preparing files for print (bleeds, fonts, color, resolution)
• Windows + Microsoft Office (Excel) familiarity required
• Print-shop, copy-center, or sign-shop experience preferred
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities in print and customer service

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-ins and help them with print or shipping needs

Print Production Specialist / Customer Service Rep

Full-time (in-store, not remote)
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour

We’re a family-owned print and shipping center that has been serving the Charleston and West Ashley area for 23 years. We're looking for an energetic, positive person to join our team. This is not a desk-only design job; you will be on your feet most of the day moving between the counter, the production floor and the computer.

Schedule

Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm.
Up to 3 Saturdays per month.
Closed Sundays.

What you’ll do
