Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Production Associate to support the Sideline Department material production. You will help with daily machine setup, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with DF/production teams to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include loading, printing, quality checks, and material handling. Overtime may be required during peak season, with some Saturdays/Sundays possible.

Qualifications

• Must follow orders and operate machines.
• Differentiation and coordination of colors.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos.
• Team-oriented with punctual attendance.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, observe specs, and prepare area to print multi-color work.
• Perform quality checks on decorated garments to meet specs.
• Assist press operator by loading materials, applying ink, changing squeegees, and prepping materials.
• Operate screens-printing machinery and related equipment.
• Move materials using pallet jack and RF scanner to staging areas.
• Keep area and equipment clean; follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
