Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Production Associate for our on-site Grand Prairie facility. You will use wide format printers to print orders, manage artwork files, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery for athletes and teams.

Responsibilities include operating printers, performing maintenance, tracking productivity, and collaborating with teams to meet schedule deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• At least 2–3 years of continued work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate wide format printers and print orders per schedule.
• Print orders in ex-transfers, banners, UV formats.
• Prioritize work to meet delivery dates.
• Perform light printer maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor print quality and report any issues.
