Supreme Court of Ohio is seeking a Print Production Specialist to produce digital and printed materials for staff and external audiences. You will manage design, file preparation, and printing workflows at the Ohio Judicial Center in Columbus.

The role requires producing posters, brochures, and training materials, coordinating delivery, and maintaining printing equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 0 years.
• Experience with digital and printed materials production.
• Familiarity with design software and print workflows.

Mansioni

• Receive and format digital files for output to Print Production Center equipment (printers, trimmers, binding, booklet makers, stamping machines).
• Edit digital files for high-speed printing using InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator on Windows; combine artwork with vector/raster line art.
• Submit pre-flighted files to imaging process units and operate print software (PitStop, Acrobat Pro, Command Work Station) on color printers and digital presses.
• Use design elements (typography, photography, color, paper stock) to create materials and review drafts with internal customers; coordinate printing and delivery of materials.
• Archive files, artwork, and fonts; troubleshoot hardware/software issues; perform routine equipment maintenance; manage service calls.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations regarding production and equipment needs.
• Advise customers on achieving goals and expedite jobs cost-effectively.
• Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety of the Print Production Center.
