Qualifications

• Support high-volume print, copy, scan, mailroom, shipping, and office services operations.

• Assist with copier support, equipment checks, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than 1 year of experience required; related experience helpful.
• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and multitasking.
• Follow detailed instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50–55 pounds; standing, walking, bending as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production copiers, printers, scanners, and bindery equipment to complete requests.
• Process mail, packages, faxes, shipping, and internal deliveries accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide project updates.
• Perform quality checks on documents, scans, mail pieces, and production jobs.
• Maintain supplies, logs, and organized work areas.
• Assist with copier support, equipment checks, and routine maintenance.
