Do it Best Group in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Print Services Lead to manage daily print workflows, schedules and team coordination. You will liaise with clients to capture scope, direct production meetings, and back up operators as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and process improvements within a collaborative marketing environment. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent project management experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent project management experience required.
• Experience coordinating large print projects from production to distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily print services workflow and monitor job submissions.
• Set print schedules and lead production meetings.
• Communicate with clients and team to align on scope and goals.
• Provide backup for Digital Press and Mail & Finishing Operators.
• Maintain inventory and submit reorder requests.
• Ensure safe work environment and report unsafe acts.
• Coach team and provide training on responsibilities.
• Organize, schedule and monitor projects; delegate tasks.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality.
• Meet with clients to determine project scope and goals.
