Job summary

JCDecaux North America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end production workflows, vendor communications, and contract administration for Street Furniture and Airport advertising.

This full-time role is based in NYC with a hybrid work model. You will coordinate estimates, contracts, and approvals, review client files, and track progress using Monday.com while collaborating with sales, operations, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• 1–2 years in a coordinator, administrative, production, or operations role preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimates, contracts, and service agreements across platforms.
• Review client print files and provide technical feedback as needed.
• Coordinate vendor communications and traffic artwork between internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain real-time tracking in Monday.com and provide ETAs to operations and sales.
