Job summary

Super Color Digital is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the entire production floor, ensuring workflow, quality, safety, and on-time delivery across all jobs. You will coordinate shifts, review work orders, and generate reports to keep the operation efficient and compliant.

Duties include leading production meetings, guiding departments, and driving continuous improvements while maintaining OSHA standards and a strong focus on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the graphics industry.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in production management.
• Lean Manufacturing, TQM, and/or Six Sigma training or equivalent experience.
• Visionary with a drive for new and innovative processes.
• Available during off hours via company cell phone.
• Ability to manage failures and crises calmly.
• Strong people skills and teamwork.
• Meticulous with planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the entire production floor.
• Maintain production quality.
• Routinely check safety, effectiveness, and issues across departments.
• Monitor and guide Pre-Press/Digital workflow from inception to handoff.
• Approve jobs and stage them with computer software.
• Schedule production staff to cover all shifts and urgent needs.
• Lead production meetings and provide status of open work orders.
• Create spreadsheets and documents describing work orders and procedures.
• Adhere to timelines for all scheduled shipments.
• Provide daily production reports to supervisor.
• Ensure lockdown protocols for secured graphic projects.
• Train personnel and inspire team to meet deadlines.
