Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of high-volume document reproduction or quality control experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations in the absence of the center manager.
• Support customers, manage team members, and oversee production processes, including tracking, pick-up, delivery, and quality checks.
• Interview applicants and assist with hiring; organize and direct team activities.
• Evaluate performance and conduct appraisals; assist with goal setting and staff development.
• Provide training and coaching; ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
