Job summary

You will assist with ink handling, solvent checks, and loading rolls, contributing to productivity and low waste.

Entry-level position with on-the-job training; must follow all policies, read a tape measure, and lift 50–75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level; job training provided.
• Attention to details and ability to follow instructions.

• Able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Trained in handling hazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Hearing and visual acuity for machine set up.
• Palletizing, labeling and stacking rolls to keep the operator running.
• Moving product to the staging area.
• Pushing buttons and adjusting controls to start and control the press.
• Loading, positioning, and adjusting films on shafts.
• Reviewing work orders for ink, film, and job notes.
• Dismantling/reassembling printing units for maintenance.
• Cleaning and lubricating printing machine components.
• Inspecting printed products for quality and defects.
• Monitoring auxiliary equipment and adhering to safety rules.
