Amcor in Charlotte, NC is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform visual print quality checks, load products into printers, and ensure accurate packaging. The role requires hands-on operation of printing equipment and adherence to GMP standards to maintain product quality and safety.

You will be responsible for routine printer setup, color head adjustments, and routine cleaning of printing components, contributing to efficient production and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a manufacturing quality inspection environment.
• Must pass color and mechanical test.
• Able to lift and move boxes and parts as required.

Aufgaben

• Visually check quality of print against approved samples and note discrepancies.
• Load product into lid and cup printers.
• Perform tape test to verify print quality.
• Start and stop printers and monitor operation.
• Clean blankets, plates, color heads, rollers and fountains.
• Set up color heads for next print run and adjust as needed.
• Maintain packing integrity and verify counts before boxing.
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols at all times.
