Job summary

Amcor is hiring in Charlotte, NC for a print quality inspector role within our packaging production line. You will visually inspect printed materials, load products into printers, perform tape tests, and assist with press setup and color head changes.

The job requires adherence to GMPs and active participation in maintaining production quality. We value contributors who follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass color and mechanical test
• Follow GMPs

Responsibilities

• Visually check quality of print against approved sample (light/dark, off-center, faded or missing print)
• Load product into lid and cup printers
• Perform tape test
• Pack parts and verify count
• Stir and add ink
• Clean blankets and plates
• Start/stop printers
• Clear unload and in-feed jams
• Apply printed label to box
• Maintain speed per press
• Assist material handlers as needed
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor or department manager
