Job summary

Covius is seeking a production mail operator responsible for daily production of time-sensitive mail pieces, including machine operation of digital printing and mailing equipment, and manual tasks as required. The role emphasizes timely execution of client agreements and adherence to SOPs in a warehouse environment.

Qualified candidates will have experience in print or mail production, strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair minor issues with production printers.
• Prepare and verify daily documentation.
• Monitor and execute Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor supplies and notify Site Manager when supply is low.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prints, inserts, onserts, with 100% Quality Assurance, and shipping of direct mail packages.
• Scans and releases mailbooks.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
