Job summary

DCG ONE is seeking a Print/Mail Project Coordinator to manage production-related tasks with strong attention to detail and effective communication. You will coordinate across Data Processing, Prepress, Press, Bindery, Mail Prep, Inventory, Accounting, and Sales to ensure timely, accurate workflow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or project management and 1–2 years in print production, with knowledge of print processes and bindery functions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales or project management.
• 1–2 years of experience in print production.
• Knowledge of print production (sheetfed, web, digital, large format).
• Knowledge of standard bindery functions.
• Public Trust Security Clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates across multiple production departments and maintain stakeholder awareness.
• Occasionally estimate templated projects for internal production.
• Translate specifications and scheduling into MIS systems.
• Prepare, review and distribute project documentation to support workflow.
• Perform quality and status checks throughout production.
