Job summary

DCG ONE seeks a Print/Mail Project Coordinator to manage production coordination across Data Processing, Prepress, Press, Bindery, Inkjetting, Mail Prep, Inventory, Accounting and Sales. You will translate specs into MIS, prepare documentation, and support efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year in sales or project management and 1–2 years in print production, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales or project management.
• 1–2 years in print production.
• Knowledge of print production processes (sheetfed, web, digital).
• Ability to translate specs into MIS and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple production departments to inform stakeholders of updates and changes.
• Occasionally estimate templated projects for internal production.
• Translate specifications and scheduling into MIS systems.
• Prepare, review, and distribute project documentation (proof requests, preflight forms, inventories, shipping).
• Perform quality and status checks throughout production.
• Create and manage custom programs for designated accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specs.
• Maintain confidential information and customer inventory.
