Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of related experience.
• General mechanical aptitude for equipment adjustments and repairs.
• Experience in Print/Mail or reprographics operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high‑speed inserting equipment, including setup, quality control, inline postage, and camera functions.
• Process print output and manage delivering to internal teams and external customers.
• Troubleshoot inserting/printing devices to restore operations and escalate as needed.
• Account for insertion jobs and reconcile production counts; meet SLAs.
• Monitor production output for quality and report SLA exceptions.
• Maintain supplies and coordinate with vendors; manage confidential information per policy.
