Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent graphic design and page layout skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides; Excel, Sheets).
• Strong Windows operating system knowledge.
• Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to translate client needs into final products.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials: multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cards.
• Oversee output, workflow, and production of orders, including operating a digital printing machine.
• Consult with customers on graphics needs and use center computers to complete tasks.
• Produce quotes, assemble final layouts, and review layouts for print process improvements.
• Assist customers with center services (shipping, packing, copying).
• Maintain a clean workspace, assist with sales, and archive past work.
