Job summary

PostNet IL106 Lake Forest is seeking an experienced print/graphics assistant to create and prep electronic files for printing, meet diverse customer needs, and assist at the front counter. Duties include design, production support, and customer service in a full-time role.

The position requires strong design skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, EFI Fiery, and standard office tools, plus a valid driver’s license. Join a collaborative team delivering quality print solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent graphic design and page layout skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Proficiency in word processing (Word, Google Docs).
• Strong background with Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products and services.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Multitasking ability.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials, including multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cards.
• Oversee output, workflow management, and production of orders up to operating a digital printing machine.
• Consult with customers about graphics needs and help with center computer applications.
• Produce quotes for clients, assemble final layouts for print, and suggest improvements where needed.
• Assist customers with center services such as shipping, packing and copying.
• Maintain a clean workspace, assist with sales transactions, and archive images and past work.
