KDM P.O.P. Solutions Group is seeking a Print Finishing Operator in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate bindery and finishing equipment, perform cutting, laminating, binding, folding, and packaging to meet customer specs and production deadlines.

The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior finishing or print production experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years finishing, bindery, print production, or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
• Experience operating production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills, including rates, ratios, percentages, fractions, and measurements.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to safely lift materials and work in a fast-paced production environment.

The Print Finishing Operator is responsible for operating a variety of finishing and bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications, production deadlines, and quality standards. This role performs cutting, laminating, binding, folding, packaging, and other finishing processes while maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing exceptional work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of finishing, bindery, print production, or related manufacturing experience.

Preferred

• Experience operating bindery and finishing equipment such as cutters, die cutters, laminators, folders, stitchers, glue machines, shrink wrappers, drills, coil binders, sewing machines, or grommet equipment.
• Point-of-purchase (POP), commercial print, packaging, or display manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of print finishing processes, quality inspection techniques, and production workflows.
• Experience with production data collection and job tracking systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement practices.
