KDM P.O.P. Solutions Group in Cincinnati, OH seeks a hands-on 2nd Shift Digital Manager to oversee all Digital Department operations, ensuring top print quality, productivity, safety, and team performance.

You will supervise pre-press approvals, digital printing, color management, workflow coordination, and staff development to meet production schedules and customer expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong printing expertise, color management skills, and a track record of motivating teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years printing industry experience.
• Digital inkjet printing experience preferred; combination of digital, offset, and screen printing considered.
• Strong color management and color correction abilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work 2nd Shift hours: 2:30 pm–11 pm.

The 2nd Shift Digital Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all Digital Department operations during second shift, ensuring the highest standards of print quality, productivity, safety, and team performance. This role manages pre-press approvals, digital printing operations, color management, workflow coordination, and employee development while maintaining production schedules and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong printing expertise, exceptional color management skills, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED; specialized training or an Associate Degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of printing industry experience.
• Digital inkjet printing experience strongly preferred; a combination of digital, offset, and screen printing experience will be considered.
• Strong color management and color correction abilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to both production equipment and digital files.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and resolve production challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to work 2nd Shift hours - 2:30 pm to 11 pm

Preferred

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in a digital print, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or shift management experience.
• Experience managing production schedules and prioritizing workloads in a deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment optimization.
• Forklift operation experience and familiarity with large-format digital printing equipment.
