AlphaGraphics - US722 is seeking a Bindery/Production Finishing Specialist to complete printed materials using a range of finishing equipment. You will handle project finishing, staging, and preparation for delivery, while ensuring quality and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating finishing equipment in print, signage or related industries
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work at a waist-high table
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under deadlines
• Proficient with basic computer use and recordkeeping

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow specifications for finishing projects.
• Operate finishing machines (cutters, folders, laminators, collators/stitchers) to complete products.
• Maintain daily production records using specified forms.
• Follow quality control procedures as directed by center management.
• Maintain department order and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods

The Production Finishing Specialist is responsible for the finishing and completion of projects in the center. This Production Finishing Specialist also sometimes includes the staging/preparation of completed jobs to be delivered or shipped to our client’s final destination.

Our tight-knit team, AlphaGraphics - US722 is actively seeking a Bindery Specialist to join us full-time. Our Production Finishing Specialist is primarily responsible for operating various machines and equipment to finish products that have been printed so they can be delivered.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Read work orders and take instructions on specifications for finishing of projects.


• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines


• Operate finishing machine devices, such as cutters, folders, laminators, collators/stitchers, and other production finishing machines as available in the center to facilitate the final assembly of finished products.


• Maintain records, such as daily production records, using specified forms.


• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed by the owner or manager of the center.


• Any other essential functions/duties that are needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.


• Maintain order and cleanliness within the department.
