The Printer is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automatic printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials that meet customer specifications and production deadlines. This role plays a key part in maintaining print quality, monitoring press performance, and ensuring all work is completed according to company safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Press Setup & Operation
• Print Quality Control & Inspection
• Safety, SOP & 6S Compliance
• Cross-Functional Production Support

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of related manufacturing, production, or printing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, instructions, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate color, design, layout, and print quality.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including fractions and decimals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions while working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Printing or press operation experience.
• Experience working in a commercial print, screen print, digital print, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of print quality standards, color matching, and registration.
• Experience operating semi-automatic or automated production equipment.
• Familiarity with production workflows and quality inspection processes.
