ABOUT THIS POSITION

The role of the Print and Financial Services Specialist Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize project tasks related to solutions for Patient Tools. The Specialist coordinates project resources, including vendors, to deliver projects on time and oversees quality control throughout the project. Responsibilities include setting up new merchant accounts, supporting onboarding, and making maintenance changes to existing merchants. This involves researching and resolving account setup exceptions, verifying readiness for new applications, and conducting quality audits of merchant accounts.

Key performance indicators include exceeding client expectations, completing projects within the expected timeframe, and achieving projected revenue before transitioning business accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Understand Data Dictionaries, file structures, and formats
• Comprehend Waystar solutions and their application to client practices
• Manage multiple client projects and facilitate timely resolutions
• Serve as liaison between vendors and the Primary Project Manager
• Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans
• Resolve service disruptions satisfactorily
• Escalate incidents impacting deliverables
• Execute tasks and deliverables promptly
• Meet financial objectives and project revenue targets
• Act as the primary contact with clients for specific projects
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
• Communicate expectations effectively to clients and teams
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and colleagues
• Verify new merchant accounts for quality control
• Support positive team and inter-departmental relationships
• Adapt to changes and assist customers with vendor and partner collaborations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Financial Services Implementation Manager
• Travel may be required
