Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing estimates for Offset, Digital, and Large Format projects, collaborating with Sales and Production, and maintaining MIS data while ensuring timely communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating in the printing industry.
• Experience using an MIS/ERP system for estimate entry.
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for Offset, Digital, and Large Format print projects.
• Work with Sales and Production Managers to fit equipment and production capabilities.
• Communicate estimate specs, stock availability, and issues affecting pricing/production.
• Contact external vendors to obtain pricing for non-house processes.
• Review project specs to identify estimating or production issues before starting.
• Maintain accurate estimate data within the MIS system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Production and other departments to ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent internal customer service and effective cross-department communication.
