We provide training and clear pathways for advancement, and you will support client environments with hands-on service. The role emphasizes strong customer communication, independent scheduling, and a proactive approach to equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair printers, copiers, and related office equipment.
• Serve as a hands-on print and copy technology expert.
• Manage and support local printing environments at customer locations.
• Provide reliable, in-person technical support to clients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage your schedule and service calls independently.
• Think creatively to resolve unique equipment and technical challenges.
