Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is hiring for a Peripheral Operator to support the Print Center Operations team. You will operate printers, inserters, and related finishing equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and help prepare production reports.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, a year of print center experience, and basic computer skills. You will work on site, handle light lifting, and contribute to accurate, timely document processing.

Qualifications

• One year of print center related work experience.
• General working knowledge of computer peripheral hardware or ability to learn.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Operate peripheral equipment (printers, finishing, mail) with supervision.
• Troubleshoot basic peripheral machine issues and escalate as needed.
• Queue work, plan layout, and prepare production reports.
• Perform manual document assembly and related packaging tasks.
• Identify and communicate issues affecting production quality.
