RTX is seeking a Sustainment Financial Analyst in Massachusetts to support program control, forecasting, and financial deliverables. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with program teams and leadership to present financial information, manage budgets, and assist with proposals and forecasting. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with 2+ years of relevant financial work experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar business system.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government/contractual access.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Program control financial support including monthly variance analysis, billing, forecasting, program metrics, and gate reviews.
• Prepare and present EACs and other financial deliverables.
• Interact with program teams, project leads, billing, and functions across LADS.
• Create financial deliverables and CDRLs to contractual requirements.
• Conduct funding and de-obligation analysis; support AOP/LRP and weekly sales forecasting.
• Assist with proposals and perform ad hoc investigations and reporting.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Program control financial support including monthly variance analysis, billing, forecasting, program metrics, program review and gate reviews
• Preparation/Presentation of EACs
• Interaction with program team, project leads, billing and functions throughout LADS
• Creation of financial deliverables
• CDRL creation in support of contractual requirements
• Funding and de-obligation analysis
• AOP, LRP, and weekly sales forecasting
• Support proposal activities as necessary
• Ad hoc investigation, analysis and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field & 2 years of relevant financial work experience
• Experience with SAP or a similar business system
• Experience with MS office (Excel and/or PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
• Good organizational skills and energetic self-starter with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to clearly present and articulate program financial information to leadership
• Experience with RPLAN
• Experience providing financial support to a Program and/or with government contracts
