Arcadis, the world’s leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, seeks a Principal for Architecture and Urbanism division in the Global Business Area Places. This role reports to the Business Unit Director, Canada East, and focuses on growing the Workplace practice while improving efficiency.

You will lead key accounts, drive revenue, and position Arcadis for competitive pursuits. A NY-licensed architect with 18+ years of experience, including 10+ in consultancy, is expected to lead teams

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture with NY license.
• 18+ years in a discipline with 10+ years in architecture consultancy/workplace design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for workplace/interiors projects.
• Drive business development and expand client relationships.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with goals.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client presentations.
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to support pursuits and proposals.
• Provide leadership in market strategy, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
