Job summary

RTX in Woburn, MA seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to join the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars team. You will support verification, planning, milestones, and coordination with customers while contributing to data analysis and test activities.

The role requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix, and Doors for systems integration and verification. This is an onsite position in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, or Unix.
• Experience with Doors and systems integration, test, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Systems Verification Lead on requirements verification task and scope planning, creating milestones, scheduling/managing competing task priorities, and customer presentations.
• Strengthen the team’s data analysis, requirements verification, systems integration, software development, and work with internal and external customers.
• Develop scenarios to support testing, data analysis, and software development.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to resolve radar technical issues.
• Experience compiling, summarizing, and presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers.
