Target is seeking a Principal Value Engineer to lead value design and packaging optimization across Owned Brand lines. You will apply analytics and Lean Six Sigma to drive measurable savings and improve packaging performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into packaging strategies, and apply methodical problem-solving to complex supply chain challenges. Travel up to 25% is expected, with opportunities for growth within this Fortune 50 company.

Competenze

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in process improvement and cost reduction programs.
• Green Belt or higher Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
