Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Packaging is preferred.
• 4+ years experience in Packaging or related engineering/manufacturing fields.

Responsibilities

• Onsite commissioning and qualification activities for packaging formats across various fill processes (Cold Fill, Hot Fill, CSD, HAA, LAA).
• Travel 75–100% to support project execution and training opportunities.
• Coordinate multiple projects with varying complexity.
• Apply analytical tools to diagnose manufacturing and design challenges.
• Collect, analyze, and present testing data to support decisions.
• Transfer packaging knowledge and best practices across departments.
• Communicate trial results to technical and leadership audiences.
• Develop protocols, workflows, training and reporting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of packaging materials (PET, rPET, HDPE, LLDPE) and processes (Injection Molding, ISBM).
