You will lead design across complex systems, applying data, research, and AI tools to inform decisions and accelerate outcomes, while guiding teams from discovery to delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX, Web Strategy, and product design.
• Strong portfolio with end‑to‑end web design and measurable business impact.
• Ability to influence marketing, product, engineering, and business roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Web experience strategy across key product areas.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable user experiences.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions and improve experiences.
