Cengage Group is seeking a visionary VP of Design and User Experience to reshape educational technology experiences. You will craft the strategic direction for learners, educators, and institutions, driving intuitive, high-impact designs that improve learning outcomes and equity.

Lead and mentor a global UX organization, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Learning Science, and champion AI-enhanced personalization and accessible design across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in UX Design, leading UX, Product Design, and Experience Design.
• 8+ years managing senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven success influencing executive stakeholders and aligning investments with business outcomes.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Learning Sciences, or related field.
• Expertise in UX Design, Craft, and research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered UX tools and personalization technologies.
• Experience within a Product Operating Model or similar frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling to influence collaborators.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational change.
