Palo Alto Networks is seeking a visionary Principal UX Designer to shape the strategic direction and design language of our global website. You will lead the transition to AI-ready digital experiences and influence cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and engineering.

The role requires deep UX/UI expertise, 15+ years in digital design, and a track record with enterprise CMS like AEM. You will mentor designers, drive accessibility standards, and push innovative design systems

Qualifications

15 years of experience in UX and digital experience design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
Recognized as a subject matter expert with deep and broad digital design knowledge in enterprise B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
Proven ability to present critical design solutions, influence senior stakeholders, and act as a spokesperson for the user experience at the highest levels.
Deep Figma expertise including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, AI, and design-to-code tooling.
Experience designing components for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise-grade CMS platforms.
Strong judgement in utilizing AI-assisted tools in design workflows.
Expert knowledge of accessibility standards for global compliance.

Address and develop future design concepts, methodologies, and practices to incorporate into Palo Alto Networks' digital processes.
Move beyond current industry best practices to pioneer new digital design systems, AI-driven design operations, and hyper-personalized experiences.
Leverage leading-edge AI to prototype complex interactions rapidly and explore personalized user journeys at scale.
Develop resolutions to critical UX issues and broad design matters, blending business goals with customer journeys.
Create networks and operating rhythm with key decision-makers across product, marketing, and engineering; act as a strategic spokesperson.
Operate with independence and mentor designers on the team.
Influence design direction of major initiatives like the homepage rollout or modular AI components.
