Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Principal Bioinformatician as part of the Early Drug Development team, based in Somerset, NJ or remotely. The role focuses on translational analyses across pipeline programs to enable mechanism‑of‑action understanding and patient stratification.

You will build and maintain scalable bioinformatics pipelines, collaborate with Translational scientists, Clinical Development, and CROs, and contribute to regulatory documentation and data governance."

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in relevant quantitative biological sciences with substantial experience in translational oncology/immunology.
• Strong expertise in bioinformatics and statistics with translational research experience.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python, Linux/Unix, and workflow tools with cloud platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead computational analyses across multi‑modality clinical and biomarker datasets.
• Develop reproducible bioinformatics pipelines and data governance strategies.
• Collaborate with Translational scientists, Clinical Development, CROs, and partners to translate findings into insights.
