Job summary

ACCEL Schools is seeking an experienced Principal for the Cincinnati, Ohio campus to lead instructional and operational excellence. The role focuses on developing and executing an ambitious academic vision, improving student achievement, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will coach teachers, manage budgets, collaborate with district partners, and foster a safe, engaging school culture that supports diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree in education/educational leadership strongly preferred.
• Current valid Principal license required.
• Minimum of three years' classroom teaching and two+ years in urban school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership to develop and implement a standards-based curriculum and PBIS.
• Lead teacher evaluation, coaching, and professional development to align with ACCEL instructional best practices.
• Oversee daily operations, facilities, budgeting, data, safety, and compliance with state and sponsor requirements.
• Lead community engagement, family outreach, and partnerships with stakeholders to support student success.
