Job summary

Integral Consulting Inc. seeks a Principal with deep toxicology and leadership experience. Paramount is successful client development for existing and new services.

Principals are recognized as technical and strategic experts and consistently generate labor revenue of at least $1.25M per year through collaboration and independent work. They direct major technical efforts and teams, ensure technical excellence and contract compliance, and help develop the next generation of leaders by recruiting

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in toxicology, pharmacology, public health, or related field.
• DABT, ERT or similar certification.
• 15 years of directly relevant experience.
• Successful track record generating $1.25M/year in labor revenue.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate $1.25M in labor revenue annually by expanding work with existing clients and developing new clients.
• Deliver high quality products to clients.
• Support the career growth of staff.
• Promote and expand the firm’s reputation by presenting at conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed literature.
• Ensure work complies with Integral's Health and Safety and Quality Management Programs.
• Lead major technical efforts and project teams to ensure excellence and contractual alignment.
