BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Test Engineer for our Integrated Test Engineering (ITE) organization. The mission of ITE is to deliver reliable, customer-focused, affordable test solutions across all levels of production. The role involves experience with the entire program lifecycle, including bid and proposal, development, testing, fielding, procurement, and sustainment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Electrical, Software, or Test Design Engineer with 8+ years of experience, eager to grow their career. You will design and develop test solutions and write mission-critical test software, contributing to Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions. We are expanding our New Hampshire team, with locations in Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, and Manchester.
The selected candidate will join a test engineering team throughout the product lifecycle, motivating and inspiring across geographical boundaries. You will collaborate with various engineering disciplines to impact all phases of product development and sustainment. We promote a collaborative culture, providing tools, skills, and training to succeed, along with a flexible work environment and a 9/80 schedule. The role requires a motivated self-starter capable of working independently, providing technical leadership, and communicating effectively with management and team members. You should have a strong background in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, with proven ability in designing, debugging, and deploying complex automated test systems and applications for testing Military Communications, Navigation, and Electronic Warfare equipment.
This position involves a hybrid work format, combining onsite and remote work. Please note that U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.
Salary Range: $112,420 - $191,070
