Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems at Beale AFB, CA seeks a Principal Test Conductor or Sr. Principal Test Conductor – Electromagnetic Sensor Instructor to lead sensor training programs and develop training plans.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, full-time on-site work, and travel up to 25%. The successful candidate will produce training plans, coordinate with engineering and program staff, and act as SME for operations, aircraft systems, and CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5 yrs of ops/training experience OR Master’s with 3 yrs OR PhD with 1 yr.
• Combined SIGINT analysis experience in ops/training
• Experience with SIGINT analysis tools
• Experience with mission planning, execution, and debriefing
• Experience with technical publications
• Experience with CRM and aviation crew coordination
• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Produce sensor plans to meet training objectives.
• Provide training to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct classroom, small group, and individual sessions.
• Serve as liaison to program, engineering and line management.
• Assess anomalies and develop resolutions with SMEs and engineers.
• Lead formal training, including briefing/debriefing with maintenance teams.
